  7. The CMAS Plus AIA Billing Module is designed to produce billing documents based
  8. on G702 and G703 forms, which are published by the American Institute of
  9. Architects (AIA) and used by contractors. The subsystem tracks all current and
  10. past job contract information. Every time you print a set of AIA documents for
  11. a job, you simply need to update a few fields in order for the system to
  12. calculate all other relevant information. The AIA Billing Worksheet allows
  13. instant review of all job contract information including the scheduled values
  14. and previously billed values of each item of work, the percent complete, stored
  15. materials, change orders, retainage, etc. Then, when the AIA documents are
  16. printed, the system updates the contract information accordingly and generates
  17. entries to accounts receivable.
